We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Items must be in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-returnable items:

  • Used or damaged items not due to our fault
  • Personal care products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items outside the 7-day return window

Refunds

Refunds = non-expiring digital gift card.
No cash, bank, or card refunds.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
